Dear Diary,
I can see now why people in candy stores make fudge, and mere mortals do not. It takes time, muscles, skill, and finesse, among other things.

I want to let my loyal public know that I am sorry for not posting for a few days. I have been on the road, AKA tracks. train tracks. I am in Seattle on business. This business entailed fudge business, and driving an infiniti around in the U district friday night. It's also going to entail getting a refill for my dang labelmaker and going to ikea, the second happiest place on earth.
