Dear Diary,
I have started my internship! I am trying not to be terrified of all the grownups that know what they are doing. But I am. The whole office except for me has been in meetings quite a bit, so I had to answer the phone a lot on my first and second day. Every time it rang I would break into a cold sweat and just pray that they wouldn't ask me any hard questions. They did, of course. I am still just so clueless. I am anxious to not be clueless. But everyone is really nice, and I have lots of tasks to keep me busy. I could probably sit in front of a computer all day. It's pretty relaxing. We'll see how i feel in a few weeks.
Love,
Diana

where are you interning?
-your adoring fans.
Diana -
just imagine the person calling you is real bored, and would like you to ask them questions so that they feel they are really needed in this world.
Just remember - the worst day as an intern in England is better than the best day doing housework in West Seattle.
love,
Aunt Therese
