Dear Diary,
It has been a while since i have posted. I apologize, but as it turns out, i have a life outside my blog, believe it or not.
I had so much fun on the cruise to mexico with my family. it was terrific. cruise ships are the only place where you can bar hop and take your drink with you. everyone is so nice. it is a rule that all of the employees have to greet all of the guests when they pass them in the halls, and i really liked that. i'm a sucker for an enthusiastic hello.
I got to dress up a lot, and go to the casino and dance and hang out in hot tubs and go to pilates class and enjoy alcoholic beverages. I also went to shows and ordered lots of desserts. we got these magic cards that were used to open our rooms AND to buy whatever we wanted. i restrained myself pretty well I think, considering it wasn't my money. I have always been the responsible one, you know.
The weather in mexico was only nice and hot on one of our stops, and the goal was to tan agressively, but instead we went on a jungle hike and saw a mexican mountain dog. my mom ignored all health risks, and threw caution into the wind by petting this dog.
anyway, now that i am home, i went to a movie by myself for the first time. bridget jones 2. it was wonderful. i still don't know how renee zelleweger got so fat so temporarily, and 90% of it went to her chest.
I wish I could go snowboarding. It is cold and I have no wheels.
